Using this site
This website is published by Breakara Demolition, 639 E 234th Street, Bronx, NY 10466, to describe the demolition services it offers and to let people enquire about work.
You are welcome to read it, and to use the form and the phone number to contact us about a job. Please do not use the form to send anything unrelated to a demolition enquiry.
Quotes and estimates
Nothing on this website is a quote, a price, or an offer to carry out work at a stated cost.
Demolition scope depends on access, structure, volume, what is behind the walls and what has to be protected. Prices are given for a specific job once those are known, not published in advance.
Any figure given after we have discussed or looked at your job is an estimate for that job, based on what was known at the time. Conditions that could not reasonably have been known in advance, most often what is found once material starts coming out, may change it. If that happens you will be told before further work is done rather than after.
Work proceeds on the terms agreed for that job. Those terms, not this page, govern the work.
Accuracy of what is published here
The service descriptions on this site are general. They describe the kinds of work undertaken, not a commitment that any particular job can be carried out in a particular way. Whether a specific job can be done, and how, is settled by discussing it.
If you think something here is wrong, call and tell us.
Links
Most links here go to other pages on this site. The footer of every page, and the Where we work page, also link to the other Breakara Demolition sites covering Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Staten Island. About, Contact and Where we work embed a Google Maps panel, which is Google's and carries Google's own terms.
Liability
This website is provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, Breakara Demolition is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here, as distinct from advice given about your specific job or work actually carried out.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, the revised version replaces this one on this page.
